Charlton Athletic are delighted to announce that academy graduate Ibrahim Fullah has signed a new contract with the club until 2029 and joined Milton Keynes Dons on loan for the 2026/27 season.
Fullah joined the Addicks’ academy at U10 level and progressed through the ranks to earn his senior debut against Burton Albion in May 2025.
The 19-year-old has since impressed during his 14 appearances for Charlton in all competitions, scoring twice.
After putting pen to paper, Fullah said: "It’s a pleasure to sign a new deal with my boyhood club. It’s another step in the right direction and I just can’t wait to kick on.
"I’m very grateful for the belief the staff have shown in me to sign a long-term contract and I can’t wait to show the fans what I’m capable of doing.
"Getting the opportunity to go on loan will help me and my development at this stage of my career and will help shape me from being a boy into a man. It will give me that experience in men’s football, so I can’t wait."
Manager Nathan Jones commented: "Ibby is an excellent young player who we’re confident has a very bright future ahead of him, and we’re delighted that he has signed a new contract with the club.
"He’s now at an important stage of his development where regular playing time is crucial, and this loan will give him the opportunity to get that at a good club, where the style of football should suit his game.
"We’ll be keeping a close eye on his progress throughout the season and hopefully he’ll return to us having had a really productive and positive experience."
