Tyreece Campbell scored his first goal for Jamaica to help the Reggae Boyz advance to the quarter-finals of the CONCACAF Nations League.
The academy graduate produced a pinpoint finish to open the scoring in his country's 1-1 draw against Honduras on Tuesday, setting up a last-eight tie against Mexico.
Campbell also featured in the Reggae Boyz's 2-0 victory over El Salvador in the early hours of Saturday morning, coming on as a 66th-minute substitute.
Elsewhere, Ivan Mesík enjoyed back-to-back 90 minutes for Slovakia, who drew 1-1 with the Faroe Islands on Friday before earning a 4-0 win against Moldova on Tuesday. The defender provided the assist for the Falcons' second goal in Chișinău, scored by Tomas Suslov.
Conor Coventry earned his third consecutive start for the Republic of Ireland, playing 84 minutes of their 1-1 draw with Israel in Serbia.
