The Addicks make the short journey across the capital on Wednesday evening to take on Tottenham Hotspur in the second round of the Carabao Cup (7.45pm BST).
The cup clash will be the Addicks' first-ever visit to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Nathan Jones' side go into the midweek clash on the back of an impressive 2-1 win away at West Ham United last weekend.
TEAM NEWS
Nathan Jones provided a team news update in in his pre-match press conference. The gaffer said: "Matty Godden and Will Mannion are progressing like everyone else. The good news is that Charlie Kelman and Josh Edwards have stepped right back and they are now integrated in training with us, so that is a positive. The others are a little bit further away."
Spurs are set to be without Xavi Simons (knee), Mohamed Kudus (knee), Dejan Kulusevski (knee) and Wilson Odobert (knee).
Pedro Porro, Micky van de Ven, Pape Matar Sarr and James Maddison all have knocks, while new signing Sávio may also feature for the Lilywhites.
THE OPPOSITION
Spurs finished 17th in the Premier League last season, narrowly avoiding relegation.
Roberto De Zerbi's side come into the clash on the back of a 3-0 defeat against Brentford in their Premier League opener last weekend.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
Charlton and Spurs have gone toe-to-toe on 55 occasions, with the Addicks winning 16, the Lilywhites winning 29 and the remaining 10 encounters ending in draws.
The sides last met in the FA Cup back in January 2011, with Tottenham securing a 3-0 victory thanks to a goal from Andros Townsend and a brace from Jermain Defoe.
REF WATCH
Adam Herczeg will oversee proceedings in north London on Wednesday evening. Herczeg acted as the Fourth Official in Charlton's meeting with West Ham last weekend.
Herczeg will be assisted by Timothy Wood and Alastair Nelson, while Abigail Byrne will fill the Fourth Official role.
