Premier League Inspires
Premier League Inspires is a personal development programme, funded by the Premier League through the Premier League Foundation.
The programme uses the power of football to inspire young people aged 11-to-18 to develop the personal skills and positive attitudes needed to succeed in life. It is predominantly delivered in secondary schools.
Premier League Inspires empowers participants to develop personal, social, employability and life skills, through a series of regular face-to-face group sessions, mentoring, workshops and social-action projects, providing pupils with the help they need now and supporting them to plan for their future.
CACT began its Premier League Inspires delivery in 2022 and since then has supported 183 young people through 360 sessions in five local schools. In addition, 70 young people attended workshops around topics such as EDI, mental health and social action.
This season, 61 professional football club charities across the Premier League and EFL are delivering Premier League Inspires sessions at their stadiums, in local schools and at alternative educational settings.
More than 55,000 young people from across England and Wales have received more than 135,000 hours of targeted support through the programme to date.
