Working as part of the Live Well Team the post holder will deliver one to one Live Well Coaching (social prescribing) with a focus on children and young people wishing to access community-based help and support. Using a Motivational Interview based approach, the post holder will support children and young people to set goals to improve their independence and resilience.

The purpose of this role is to organise, plan, prepare and deliver football or sport sessions, on a casual basis. These sessions will be within either a community or school setting.
