Oliver Skipp joined the Addicks in September 2026 on a season-long loan from Leicester City. 

Skipp joined Tottenham Hotspur at the age of five and progressed through the ranks of their academy before going on to make 106 appearances for the club in all competitions across five seasons. 

While at Spurs, he embarked on a successful season-long loan with Norwich City in 2020/21, playing all but one of the Canaries' league fixtures as he helped them to the Sky Bet Championship title. Skipp's impressive performances earned him a place in the 2020/21 PFA Championship Team of the Year. 

A move to Leicester came in the summer of 2024 and he has since made 68 appearances for the Foxes, including 24 in the Premier League. 

An England youth international, he has represented his country at U16, U17 and U18 level, as well as earning 24 caps for the U21s, winning the the UEFA European U21 Championships in 2023.
