Darren Bent will be starring on Charlton TV’s Valley Pass Live when the Addicks host Ipswich Town in SE7 on Saturday (12.30pm KO BST).
One of club’s most popular strikers from recent years, Bent scored 37 goals during his two years at the club, with 31 of those goals coming in the Premier League.
That red-hot form saw him become the club’s 12th England international. He made his England debut against Uruguay on March 1st 2006 but he was surprisingly left out of the Three Lions’ squad for the 2006 World Cup, having ended the 2005/06 season as the Premier League’s top English goalscorer.
Bent will be reminiscing about his Addicks career alongside Scott Minto and former Charlton midfielder Paul Mortimer on Saturday.
