Help Charlton support World Mental Health Week

As part of World Mental Health Week we want to hear your stories of how supporting Charlton Athletic has had a positive impact on your mental health.

We understand that times are tough at the minute, but we want to celebrate World Mental Health Week by creating a video to showcase the positive impact of being part of a community has on our fans.

We are asking fans to send in a short video, up to 30 seconds long, explaining their stories about how the club has supported your mental health, whether it be at the beginning of your journey as a CAFC supporter, through attending fixtures and being at The Valley, or throughout the difficult lockdown period. The video, which will comprise of a combination of clips from both fans and players, will be shared via social media at the end of the week.

The purpose of the video is to show unity among our fanbase, identifying the strength in the community of football supporters, and the depth of which this impact has.

Before 5pm on Wednesday, October 7th, to ensure that your video is included. Please ensure that you are filming in landscape when using a camera or mobile phone. In the video, please answer the following question in a concise manner – “how has supporting Charlton Athletic Football Club had a positive impact on your mental health?”
