Orders for The Valley Superstore are still being taken online whilst the store remains closed amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
While orders are still being taken, the click-and-collect option is currently unavailable due to social distancing guidelines set by the government.
Please be advised that due to the current measures in place customers may experience longer delivery times than normal.
When ordering online please ensure to check that you have entered the correct delivery address and that sizes selected are correct. Mistakes will not be able to be rectified until you receive the delivery and if stock is available. Staff will also not be in over the bank holiday period until Tuesday, April 14th.
The Valley Superstore would like to take the time to thank customers for their patience regarding returns and exchanges, we are currently operating with less staff and as such need more time to process these.
