Charlton Athletic Women have been drawn against Chelsea Women in the Fourth Round of the Women’s FA Cup.
The match will take place on Sunday, January 26th at VCD Athletic, Crayford. Kick-off is at 2pm.
The European giants reached the semi-final of The Women’s FA Cup last, losing to eventual winners Manchester City. This season they currently sit in third place with a game in hand in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League.
Some of the best women’s players will be on display including many members of the Lionesses squad and manager Riteesh Mishra is looking forward to his players competing against the best.
“It gives us the opportunity to come up against the best coaches and best players, and this is something we have always wanted to do” said Mishra
There is a high chance that the match will sell out, therefore tickets for the match will only be available in advance and will not be sale on sale on the day. Fans are recommended to purchase their ticket online quickly to avoid disappointment.
