The Charlton Athletic Supporters’ Trust have launched a survey to give fans the opportunity to feedback on the club’s ticketing system.
The survey asks for your comments on the specific issue of acquiring play-off tickets last May and also on the broader issue of how effective and fan-friendly you think the system has generally been in its first year of operation.
It also asks what you think about the club's communication of information about ticket purchasing.
