Charlton’s domestic 2017/18 pre-season campaign will kick-off with a double-header against Welling United and Greenwich Borough on Saturday, July 15th.
Following the Addicks’ training camp in Ireland at the beginning of July, Karl Robinson will first take his squad to Park View Road for the traditional friendly fixture, which will kick-off at 3pm.
A few hours later, Charlton will then make the short journey to the DGS Marine Stadium where they will take on Greenwich Borough, kicking off at 7.30pm.
Both friendly games will be considered first-team fixtures with a healthy contingent of senior players set to appear in both matches.
The two games are the second and third pre-season friendlies to be confirmed for this summer after the clash against Ipswich Town at The Valley on July 29th was confirmed last week. A number of others are set to be announced in due course, including three matches in Ireland during the week commencing July 10th.
