Charlton will take on Ipswich Town in a pre-season friendly at The Valley on Saturday, July 29th (3pm).
The fixture against the Tractor Boys is the first of a number of friendlies set to be announced over the coming weeks.
As well as the traditional match against near-neighbours Welling United, Karl Robinson will prepare for the 2017/18 season by taking his squad to Ireland where the Addicks will play three friendly matches during the week commencing July 10th, details of which will be confirmed in due course.
The Ipswich friendly will be one of two to take place on home turf during the summer, before the League One season gets under way on August 5th, while a number of other domestic friendlies away from home will also be confirmed.
Ticket details for all friendly matches will be announced on cafc.co.uk when confirmed, as will news of further pre-season fixtures.
