Staff Update | Women's first-team coaching staff

Women's First Team Staff

Charlton Athletic are happy to announce their staffing lineup for the 2026/27 season, with Joe Sheehan and Rosi Webb joining Karen Hills' staff as First Team Assistant Coaches.

Sheehan joins Charlton from Ipswich Town, where he worked as the PGA Manager since January, having stepped down as the Women’s First-Team Manager after seven years.

Webb steps up from serving as Charlton Women U21s Head Coach since November 2025. Webb played under Hills during her time as a player at Tottenham Hotspur and was at Charlton as a youth player.

Sheehan and Webb will work alongside Goalkeeping Lead Neil Moore, Lead Analyst Sejin Yoo, Athletic Performance Lead Matt Walson, Assistant Performance Coach Emily Pritty, Performance and Wellbeing Lead Kellsey King, and Head of Women's Football Jemma White as Women's First Team Staff at Charlton Athletic this season.

Departing Charlton are Charlie Cave and Clinton Lancaster.

Cave served as the Women's Assistant Coach over the past few seasons, having been brought up from working with the Women's U21 squad and on the Player Pathway. Cave has left to join WSL2 side Newcastle United.

Lancaster leaves after joining Charlton at the start of the 2025/26 season as an Assistant Coach.

The club would like to thank both for their contributions last season.
