Charlton Athletic are proud to support the EFL's Diverse Book Project.
As part of the EFL’s continued commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, the vision is to be reflective and representative of the communities in which we serve at all levels of the game.
Continuing from last year, the EFL will be dedicating itself to the Diversity Book Project to provide another 2,000 books to primary schools across England and Wales.
Representatives from the club's Schools Partnership Scheme recently attended two summer fairs at Belvedere Primary School and Millennium Primary School respectively, to donate the books provided to the club by the EFL.
Books for all age groups were provided and were warmly received by local schools. Their positive response was so strong that the club has kindly requested additional books to donate.
