Charlton Athletic can confirm that Mia Ross has departed the club at the end of her contract after five seasons, making 88 appearances during her time in SE7.
Ross was an integral part of Karen Hills' squad when she joined, featuring over 23 times in her first three seasons, helping the team on their steady rise to the Barclays WSL. She has also been a key part of the Welsh national team's squad since making her debut in October 2025.
