Millenic Alli joined the Addicks in July 2026, arriving on a four-year deal from Luton Town for an undisclosed fee.

The pacy forward began his career as a youngster with Bury, before making a name for himself in the non-League game. Alli had spells at Padiham, South Shields, Workington, Ashton United, Stockport County, Chorley and FC Halifax Town, where he impressed in the National League, drawing the attention of Exeter City who brought him to League One in January 2023.

An impressive two-year spell with the Grecians was rewarded with a move to the Championship with Luton Town in January 2025 where he struck four goals in 16 appearances at the back end of the 2025/26 campaign.

Following the Hatters’ relegation to the third tier, he made a loan move back to the Championship with Portsmouth in January, playing a significant role in securing their second tier status, registering one goal and two assists during his time at Fratton Park.
