The club’s home matches are classified as either Addicks Silver or Addicks Gold, with Gold representing higher-profile games, such as local derbies. There are three ways to purchase seats for fixtures at The Valley, and for away games.
- IN PERSON: The Valley's West Stand Ticket Office is available to visit Monday-Friday between 9.30am-5pm, between 10am-1pm on non-matchday Saturdays and from 10am onwards on home matchdays.
Two hours before a fixture kicks off, matchday prices are introduced and that sees adult, over 65s and under 21s tickets increase by £3.
- BY PHONE: The ticket office’s phonelines are in operation 9am-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am-1pm on Thursdays and 10am-1pm on Saturdays. Calls to 03330 14 44 44 are priced at standard rate. There is an administration charge of £2.50 per transaction for purchases made over the phone.
- ONLINE: Tickets for home matches that have been purchased online can be printed at home at supporters' own convenience. Simply bring the self-printed ticket to the turnstile and scan accordingly to gain entry to The Valley.
Alternatively, an e-ticket can be used by presenting the bar code on your mobile device at the turnstile. Fans should ensure their device is turned to a landscape orientation when scanning.
Fans who buy tickets online from our ticketing website can also have them delivered to a home or preferred address, if they are purchased at least 48 working hours before the fixture. All online transactions are subject to a £1.50 booking fee. Postal delivery of tickets is free for 2018/19.
Tickets purchased less than two working days before a match will need to be collected from The Valley. Fans should note that tickets being picked up on matchdays should be collected from the North Stand Ticket Office.
Tickets for all matches are available from the West and North Stand Ticket Offices up until one hour before kick-off when tickets for that day’s fixture will be on sale only.
