Loyalty Points Explained

As part of the launch of our new ticketing system in summer 2018, the club introduced a loyalty points scheme for the first time.

Loyalty points will reward Charlton fans for their support, by providing them with ticket priority for in-demand away and cup matches.

In 2018/19, loyalty points could prove important for the Addicks’ away league games at Southend United, Luton Town, Portsmouth, AFC Wimbledon and Gillingham.

Every time a fan attends a Charlton game, they will earn loyalty points, providing they have purchased their tickets in advance using their Fan ID (previously CON number). Season ticket holders will automatically earn loyalty points for all 23 of the Addicks’ home matches.

The below table explains how many loyalty points fans will earn for each match they attend.

Loyalty points began to be recorded from summer 2018, meaning that all 2018/19 season ticket holders have already earned 230 points.

Supporters can check their loyalty points on the club’s ticketing website. After logging in, loyalty points will be displayed at the top of the screen.

Alternatively, fans can get a break down of their loyalty points by logging in, clicking on the drop-down menu on their username and selecting ‘loyalty points cashback’.
