Loyalty Points Explained

Loyalty points - which work on a two-year cycle - reward Charlton fans for their support, by providing them with ticket priority for in-demand away and cup matches.

Every time a fan attends a Charlton game, they will earn loyalty points, providing they have purchased their tickets in advance using their Fan ID (previously CON number). Season ticket holders will automatically earn loyalty points for all 23 of the Addicks’ home matches.

The below table explains how many loyalty points fans will earn for each match they attend, if the tickets are registered to their Fan IDs..

Supporters’ loyalty points reverted to points accrued during the 2019/20 season when 2021/22 season tickets went on sale in May 2021.

With the entirety of the 2020/21 season affected by COVID-19, the Valley has not been able to host a capacity crowd this season, so supporters have had no opportunity to accrue loyalty points other than those who purchased season tickets.

This means that these fans will see any loyalty points granted from this season removed from their account.

2020/21 season ticket holders have had priority access to games played in front of supporters at The Valley this season and will have ticket priority for any 2020/21 Charlton play-off games that fans are allowed into. Supporters have been able to use money spent on 2020/21 season tickets as CAFC Cash to access games with supporters, live streaming or future ticket purchases. Supporters will also be able to get a refund on their unused CAFC Cash following completion of 2020/21 regular season games should they not want to use on purchasing a 2021/22 season ticket.
