Midfielder Dempsey captained the U18s to the Professional Development League 2 title last season. The 18-year-old has been with the club since U9 level and is a product of the educational partnership with the Harris Academy.
A deep-lying midfielder with a good range of passing and lot of composure, he will look to continue his progression under Jason Euell this term.
