Israeli international Striker Tomer Hemed joins the Addicks as their 14th summer signing following his release from Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 32-year old began his career with Maccabi Haifa and helped them to clinch the Israeli Premier League title in 2011. after leaving his native country, Hemed had spells with R.C.D. Mallorca and U.D. Almeria before being bought by Brighton in 2015.
Hemed guide the Seagulls to the Premier League in the 2016/17 season, netting thirteen times in all competitions.
Last season saw Hemed enjoy a loan spell with Queens Park Rangers where he found the net 7 times in 27 appearances.
Despite a slight delay in acquiring his services, Lee Bowyer will be hoping Hemed can hit the ground running and assist the Addicks on the frontline.
