Please find below answers to frequently asked questions about Valley Pass.

Do I need to be a Valley Pass subscriber to access live streaming?

No, you don’t need to be a Valley Pass subscriber. However, you do need to have registered a Valley Pass account. This is free to do and can be done here.

I’ve tried resetting my password for my account but I don’t get any emails, what should I do?

Please check your junk mail. If you are still having problems please email website@cafc.co.uk.

What pass do I need to watch a game?

There are two ways in which you can purchase a pass for a game. The first way is purchase through Valley Pass direct, which you can do by clicking here

Alternatively, you can purchase a pass through our ticketing website by clicking here. Through our booking website, you will be able to use any CAFC Cash, owed to you from season ticket purchases, you have stored on your account against the cost of a stream. 

Please note that on our ticketing website, you will only be able to purchase home games. For away games, you will need to purchase through Valley Pass.

I have already purchased, where do I watch the game?

We would recommend you test your live stream ahead of the game.

Download the Valley Pass app to test on mobiles and tablets and click the ‘live’ button

Please note, you have to watch via the Valley Pass app if using a tablet or mobile device, you will not be able to watch the live stream without the app.

I have already purchased a pass but haven't been sent a code?

If you purchased from the club's ticketing website you will be sent a code on the day before a game for Saturday fixtures and the morning of the game for midweek fixtures. If you haven't received it, please email website@cafc.co.uk.

If you purchased via the Valley Pass website, you do not need a code to watch the specific fixture.

We would recommend you test your live stream ahead of the game.

I purchased a multi-game pass, do I still need a new code?

If you purchased a multi-game bundle, you don't need a new code after you have initially redeemed, just log-in as normal. We would recommend trying this early in case you have any problems.

I have purchased with CAFC Cash, how do I activate the code I have been given?

To activate your code, simply click here, scroll down and put the code you have been sent into the box below “Have you got a Gift Voucher or Discount Code?”.

Then click “Redeem”. 

If you are already logged into Valley Pass then the process will be complete. If you aren’t logged in, you will need to log-in. If you don’t already have a Valley Pass account, you will need to register. 

I'm a season-ticket holder, how do I purchase a multi-game package?

Season-ticket holders can use their CAFC Cash to access a multi-game bundles. The bundles gives season ticket holders a 20 per cent discount. The bundles are available here but get take off sale up to 24 hours before a game. Following your purchase you will be sent a code which you will need to redeem to access the stream.

I have tried to purchase but I can't log-in?

Please email website@cafc.co.uk explaining your problem.

I have tried to purchase but I get an error saying: "The authentication cookie has not been set".

This is due to Apple disabling cross site tracking by default, please see below steps to resolve:

Safari for Mac:

1. Open Safari if it is not already open.

2. Click the "Safari" menu and choose "Preferences" and then "Privacy"

3. Depending on your version of OS:

4. Click prevent Cross Site Tracking to disable this setting.

Safari for Mobile or Tablet:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click on Safari

3. Privacy & Security

4. Turn the toggle 'Prevent Cross Site Tracking' to 'Off'.

What about if a Charlton game is on Sky Sports?

Due to EFL restrictions only season-ticket holders will be able to access Charlton games selected for broadcast by Sky Sports on Valley Pass. Season-ticket holders will need to purchase through the club’s ticketing website by clicking here for any games on Sky Sports, the game will be also be covered in any relevant multi-game package. Any purchases using CAFC Cash must be made before 9am on the last working day before a game.

Will Charlton games be behind the red button on Sky Sports?

None of Charlton’s games are set to be behind the red button on Sky Sports.

I've purchased a package on the ticketing website and my code hasn't arrived yet?

How do I watch games on Valley Pass?

If you purchase a live video pass to watch a live game on your laptop or desktop, simply click on this link. Please note, you may need to sign-in again.

If you purchase a live video pass to watch a live game on your mobile phone or tablet, you will need the Valley Pass app which can be downloaded from your relevant app store. Once in the app, you will need to log-in and press on the tab that says "Live".

I can’t watch the live stream on my mobile or tablet?

Due to EFL regulations, to watch the game on your mobile or tablet you’ll need to watch it via the Valley Pass app. To access the app, simply search for Valley Pass in your respective app store. From there you can log-in and scroll over to the ‘Live’ page. 

What do I do if I have technical difficulties in the run-up or during the game?

Should you have any technical issues on the day of the game with the stream, please email VPSupport@streamamg.com.

What do I do if I'm having trouble with my password reset?

If you are having issues with resetting your password please email website@cafc.co.uk.
