All the latest ticket news for forthcoming home and away matches
Usual operating hours for the commercial centre and 0871 226 1905 hotline are 9am-5pm weekdays, 10am-1pm non-matchday Saturdays, and from 10am on matchdays.
Calls to 0871 226 1905 cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more.
Fans should note that tickets being collected on matchdays after 1pm (for 3pm kick-offs) should be collected from the Valley Central drop-in centre in the north-west quadrant (the former Corner Flag suite) adjacent to the ground's main entrance.
A bank-style internal queuing system has been set up with fans able to queue down the ramp and out on to Harvey Gardens if required. The two Valley Gold windows next to turnstile 13 will now operate a matchday ticket queries service. Tickets for future matches are sold from the north-stand ticket office.
2013/14 season tickets
2013/14 season tickets are back on sale, with most prices having increased from the pre-deadline rates before April 8th. The latest information is available here.
Valley Express is continuing to operate in 2012/13, its ninth season. There are no changes to current routes and pick-ups and the fare is £7. Season passes for 2013/13 are £165 and are available here.
Matchday tickets
Standard matchday ticket prices at The Valley for 2012/13 are £20, £22 and £25 adults, with over 60s paying £13, £18 and £20, U18s £10 and U11s £5. There is also a special £15 price for parents accompanied by U18s in the family stand.
However, these may be varied based on circumstances, with increased prices applying to selected prime games. The higher pricing will apply to a minority of fixtures, which are likely to be against well-supported opposition and take place on a Saturday afternoon without live TV coverage. However, a decision on which games will cost more will only be taken on the basis of the circumstances at the time.
The prime matchday ticket prices will be £22, £25 and £30 adults, with over 60s paying £15, £20 and £22, U18s £10 and U11s £5. The price for parents accompanied by U18s in the family stand will be £17.
Away match prices are set by the host club and will vary from fixture to fixture, and will usually go on sale around one month before the date of the fixture. Sales for some away fixtures will be restricted in order to manage demand and protect the rights of particular groups of supporters. For the same reason, away tickets will not always be sold online.
Fans can purchase match tickets online, by calling the hotline on 0871 226 1905 or in person at the Valley commercial centre. The club sells tickets for the day's match at The Valley in the run-up to kick-off unless otherwise stated below, although we advise advance purchase where possible to avoid queues.
Supporters can book £7 return travel to The Valley via the Valley Express coach service. Get more information on pick-up points and timings here.
