Usual operating hours for the commercial centre and 03330 14 44 44 hotline are 9am-5pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 1pm on Thursday, 10am-1pm on non-matchday Saturdays, and from 10am on matchdays.

There is an administration charge of £1.50 per transaction for purchases made over the phone, but supporters can purchase all tickets in person at The Valley’s ticket office or tickets for matches on general sale at www.cafctickets.co.uk.
Fans should note that tickets being collected on matchdays after 1pm (for 3pm kick-offs) should be collected from the Valley Central drop-in centre in the north-west quadrant (the former Corner Flag suite) adjacent to the ground's main entrance.
A bank-style internal queuing system has been set up with fans able to queue down the ramp and out on to Harvey Gardens if required. The two Valley Gold windows next to turnstile 13 will now operate a matchday ticket queries service. Tickets for future matches are sold from the north-stand ticket office.
2014/15 match ticket prices
As with last season, 17 of the club’s home matches will be classified in the Addicks Silver category while the remaining six will be Addicks Gold encounters.
The zonal system introduced for the club’s 2014/15 season tickets campaign will apply for individual match tickets and prices in SE7 now start at just £15 adults and £11 for over 60s and U21s.
The six Addicks Gold fixtures have been confirmed as the visits of Millwall, Cardiff City, Brighton & Hove Albion, Norwich City, Fulham and Leeds United. For these matches prices will start from £19 adults and £15 for over 60s and U21s.
Junior tickets in the Family Stand for all games have been reduced to £7 for U18s and £3 for U11s. In all other areas of the ground it will cost £10 for U18s and £5 for U11s.

Season-ticket holders wishing to move their seat in 2014/15 will now incur a £5 administration charge plus an upgrade fee, where appropriate, should the seat be moved to a more expensive area of the ground.

U18s national play-off semi-final: Nottingham Forest (h) - Saturday, April 25th (11am)
Charlton fans are being encouraged to come down and cheer on the club’s U18 side in their national play-off semi-final contest at The Valley on Saturday morning.
After wrapping up the southern league title with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace, the young Addicks now take Nottingham Forest (11am) in the final four .
The winner of the tie will go on to play either Huddersfield Town or Brentford, who meet in the other semi-final, for the national Professional Development League 2 title.
With the first team away at Birmingham City in the afternoon (3pm) supporters can show their support for the club’s youngsters, who have now won their league title for three successive seasons, in SE7.
Season-ticket holders and Valley Gold members can get in for free by showing their booklet or membership card respectively.
Otherwise, tickets are just £3 adults, £2 concessions and £1 for juniors who are accompanied by an adult.
Doors will open from 10am on Saturday morning and supporters can enter via turnstiles 11 and 12 in the West Stand.
Tickets can be purchased on the day from the Valley Ticket Office and will not be available in advance.
Birmingham City (a) - Saturday, April 25th (3pm)
Charlton have been given at initial allocation of 1,000 at Birmingham for the last away trip of the season.
Tickets are priced £20 adults, £15 students (with valid NUS identification) and over 65s, £10 for supporters ages 13-18 and £5 U13s. All U15s must be accompanied by an adult or will be refused entry.
Six pairs of ambulant disabled and 19 pairs of wheelchair bay tickets are available priced at the standard price but include a free personal assistant ticket.

Kent Senior Cup Final: Charlton U21s v Gillingham - Thursday, April 30th (7.45pm)
Tickets are available for Charlton’s Kent Senior Cup final clash with Gillingham.
The match, which takes place at Priestfield on Thursday April 30th, will be half price for season-ticket holders.
Tickets, priced £10 for adults and £5 concessions, will be available on the gate on the night or available in advance by calling 01634 300000 or by visiting the Gillingham ticket office.
AFC Bournemouth (h) - Saturday, May 2nd (12.15pm)
Tickets for Charlton’s final home match of the season against AFC Bournemouth have now been placed on restricted sale.
The decision was taken after the promotion-chasing Cherries sold out their away allocation for the fixture at The Valley on Saturday, May 2nd (12.15pm).
The fixture has been classified as an Addicks Silver fixture and available to season-ticket holders, Valley Gold members and Red Card members with a purchase history of two or more games since the start of the 2013/14 season.
Fans can secure their place in attendance by booking in person at the Valley Ticket Office or by calling 03330 144444.
Depending on what zone supporters sit in tickets for the match are priced at £15, £20, £24, £28 or £31 for adults, £11, £14, £16, £20 or £22 for concessions and U21s, £7 or £10 for U18s and £3 or £5 for U11s.
