The Valley Superstore will close on Tuesday to enable staff to carry out a stocktake.
As a result, fans visiting the stadium to purchase match tickets can instead secure their places from the commercial centre windows in the west stand used on matchdays.
The Valley store will reopen as usual at 10am on Wednesday.
Supporters will still be able to order merchandise online on Monday, and the Superstore will re-open on Wednesday as normal, when supporters visiting The Valley on weekdays should resume purchasing tickets from the Superstore.
Meanwhile, Jackson's Five vouchers are currently available, priced £69 and £99. Fans are reminded that they must be exchanged for an £18 or £25 match ticket at the ticket windows and cannot be presented at the turnstiles.
Each booklet offers tickets for five games for less than the price of four, and, along with 13-match season tickets and match tickets, can be ordered on 0871 226 1905 from 9am-5pm weekdays, 10am-4pm on Saturday, as well as in the Superstore during these hours.
