Operating hours for the commercial centre and 0871 226 1905 hotline are 9am-5pm weekdays. It is closed on Saturdays in May and June.
Calls to 0871 226 1905 cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more.
Fans should note that tickets being collected on matchdays after 1pm (for 3pm kick-offs) should now be collected from the Valley Central drop-in centre in the north-west quadrant (the former Corner Flag suite) adjacent to the ground's main entrance.
A bank-style internal queuing system has been set up with fans able to queue down the ramp and out on to Harvey Gardens if required. The two Valley Gold windows next to turnstile 13 will now operate a matchday ticket queries service. Tickets for future matches are sold from the north stand ticket office.

Valley Express will continue to operate in 2012/13, which will be its ninth season. There are no changes to current routes and pick-ups and the fare will remain £7, with season passes at £138.
Fans purchasing concessionary tickets - supporters aged 60 or over on August 1st, 2012, who are classed as seniors, and those aged under 11, under 18 or under 21 on the same date - must supply proof of age with their application.
Matchday tickets
Standard matchday ticket prices at The Valley for 2012/13 are expected to be £18, £22 and £25 adults, with over 60s paying £13 and £18, U18s £10 and U11s £5. However, these may be varied based on circumstances.
Away match prices are set by the host club and will vary from fixture to fixture. Sales for some away fixtures will be restricted in order to manage demand and protect the rights of particular groups of supporters. For the same reason, away tickets will not always be sold online.

The club sells tickets for the day's match at The Valley in the run-up to kick-off unless otherwise stated below, although we advise advance purchase where possible to avoid queues.
Supporters can book £7 return travel to The Valley via the Valley Express coach service. Get more information on pick-up points and timings here.
