Capelin to leave club
Charlton Athletic plc announced on Thursday night that Addicks deputy chief executive Nigel Capelin will be stepping down from his executive role and leaving the club in December.

The recent restructuring of the board of directors presented Capelin with the opportunity to take a well-earned rest after more than 12 years with Charlton, before looking for his next challenge.
Plc chairman Richard Murray said: "Nigel has been a great servant to Charlton and has played an integral role in the development of the football club over the last decade.
"On behalf of myself and the board, I thank him for his hard work and support through this period, and wish him well for the future.”
Nigel added: "I joined the club in 1997 and through the years have been involved in a period of dynamic change.
"I am pleased to have played a part in this and it has been a privilege to have worked for Charlton through this time. I am sure the future holds well for the football club.”
