Where’s Sammy?

The Charlton communications department has been having a bit of fun with fans within the pages of the Valley Review this season. And reporter Gary Haines has come over all poetic as he explains more.

A legend lurks,
within the Valley Review,
but where is he?
It's over to you.

If you need a clue,
think gloves and posts.
Still a bit foggy?
Then use the word most.

Unlike our hero,
he might be up front,
while statistics or special features
are places you could hunt.

So keep an eye open
when flicking through,
as our award winning programme
will contain a tiny statue.

It's just for fun,
but two home games in
nobody seems
to have been properly looking.
