This area of the club oversees match ticket sales, group ticket bookings, the Valley Express and Valley Away matchday coach services, junior mascots, Young Addicks, CAFC advertising, liaison with the Charlton Athletic Community Trust, player appearances and relations with supporters' groups.
Rick Everitt is head of club development and will deal by email with any complaints, comments or questions about policy relating to the above subjects.
David Colgan is systems manager and will deal with any problems relating to online ticketing.
Wendy Perfect is club development manager and will deal with operational enquiries relating to Valley Express, Valley Away, Young Addicks, player appearances and supporters' groups. She is supported by Lisa Squires in relation to the coach services and group ticket bookings .
Josh Waddell is acting commercial centre manager, supported by Hayley Clout, Katie Cowling and Ravi Patel. They will deal with ticket and coach enquiries and sales, mascot sales and Red Card membership. They also sell the club's match and non-match hospitality, advertising and kit sponsorship, which fall under the commercial area.
